ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY INQUIRIES MUST FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING FORM TO OPEN A RETURN REQUEST. FORMS WILL BE ASSESSED AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY A MAVEN TORCH REPRESENTATIVE TO PROCEED. PLEASE BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY REVIEW WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE INQUIRY.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
All table torches are covered under our warranty. Pocket torches are NOT covered
Free refund and replacements within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, customer is subject to additional shipping fees
Your Maven torch is warranted against defects in material or workmanship, not in results of misuse or accidental damage
This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse, exposure, accidents, neglect, and improper maintenance or storage
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not include:
All pocket torches
Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
Normal wear and tear of the exterior finish, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, or to any corrosion or discoloring by heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners
Damages incurred during transportation
Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
OUT OF WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS:
Your item is out of warranty if:
- It has been past the 1 year time period since you have purchased the item
- Your item is defected due to outside causes other than original manufacturer defects
- You have no proof of purchase
- No images of torch provided
- If your item is determined to be out of warranty, you have the option of having the item fixed or replaced by purchasing our out of warranty repair.
